Tracy Caldwell Your mother was a dear friend. I've known her over 20 years. We first met at Berendo Middle School. I later ran into her at Grand Arts. The Most High strategically placed her in my path, when I lost my mother. Ms. Ramsey lovingly helped me to navigate through some of my anger and grief. I was shocked, when I learned that Mr. Courtney was her son. Your mother was a true friend. She was well loved by students, teachers and staff. I wasn't the only one getting their Ms. Ramsey time in. The dance office was a safe haven for many. My dear friend well be greatly missed.

Canova Edwards Courtney, you have my deepest condolences Ms. Ramsey was like a mom to me, I often referred to her as my work mom, I will miss you, Mom I will miss all of our talks, your warm embrace, and just that beautiful spirit that was Barbara Ramsey. I am devastated but God loved you more, I will not question him but my heart is broken. I LOVE YOU MOM rest well.
