It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony Del Buono. He passed away peacefully at home on December 5, 2023. Born Antonio Del Buono in the city of New York on March 18, 1930 to Settimo and Rosaria Del Buono. He was very close to his two sisters and brother and brought joy to the lives of all who knew him. He married the love of his life Josephine Mary Bonomolo in 1953 and had two children, Debra and Anthony, Jr.

He moved his family to California in 1957 and purchased his first and only home in Anaheim, California in 1963. Buying a home was a major source of pride to Anthony and it served as a gathering place for the entire extended family during the holidays. He was an avid sports enthusiast and passionately cheered for the Los Angeles Angeles, demonstrating unwavering loyalty to his favorite team. Anthony was an encyclopedia of baseball knowledge and could quote stats from any team in any year.

Anthony is survived by his children, Debra Bailey and Anthony Del Buono, Jr. He is also remembered by his two granddaughters and great-grandson.

The legacy of Anthony lives on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and gratitude of the lives he enriched.
