Daniel Lynn Morris , known to many simply as “Lynn” passed away unexpectedly on August 25,2025 in St Petersburg, FL, at the age of 76.
Born on July 4, 1949, in Knoxville, Tennessee, Lynn spent much of his life in Washington D.C.,where he built a career first as a surveyor and later in the construction industry.
Lynn loved the outdoors. He found joy in fishing and hunting, and he never missed a chance to travel.
He is survived by his daughter Tina Brackett and her husband, Roger Brackett, as well as his beloved granddaughter Kaitlyn Brackett.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date to celebrate Lynn’s memory.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
