July 25, 1963 – December 18, 2025
Myron Lamont Robert, age 62, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025, in Antioch, California. Born on July 25, 1963, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Myron lived a life marked by love, dedication, and quiet strength.
For the past 32 years, Myron shared a devoted marriage with his beloved wife Bonnie Roberts. Their union was a testament to enduring love and partnership. Though not a biological father to his step children, Myron embraced the role of Dad with unwavering commitment and heart. He stepped into fatherhood with grace and purpose when his daughter was just ten years old—never as a stepfather, but simply as Dad. His presence brought stability and warmth to their home and hearts.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Bonnie; his daughters Kina (and her husband Kevin) and Michelle; his sons Johnnie (and partner Janell), Cedric (and wife Nikki), and Steven (and wife Jessica); and his cherished grandchildren Tatiana, Kyleigh, Makhi, Mason, Maliya, Jacob, Layla and Carter). He also leaves behind countless family members and friends who were touched by his kindness and spirit.
Myron was preceded in death by his son Johnnie Lee Starr.
A man of many talents and passions, Myron found joy in music—especially playing the keyboard with skill that could light up any room. His laughter was infectious—deep belly laughs that made others feel instantly at ease. He had an eye for detail and precision that shone through in the model toy cars and planes he meticulously built. Whether solving crossword puzzles or shooting hoops on the basketball court, he approached every hobby with enthusiasm and care.
Those who knew him will remember not only his talents but also the comfort of his hugs—the kind that made you feel safe—and the way he could make any moment brighter with a smile or a joke. His legacy lives on in the lives he shaped through love, guidance, and example.
As we say goodbye to this remarkable man, we hold close the words of a heartfelt poem shared by one of his children:
"If I could have one lifetime wish,
A dream that would come true.
I'd pray to God with all my heart,
For yesterday and YOU.
In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place
That no one else can fill.
You left behind my broken heart
And happy memories too.
But I never wanted memories DAD
I only wanted YOU."
May Myron’s memory bring comfort to those who knew him and continue to inspire love that endures beyond time.
