Heavenly Alpha Centauri Windsor Mountbatten passed away in San Francisco April 25, 2026.
Heavenly was born in a rural part of the Philippines, where means were limited. There, she met her former husband, whom she later joined in France to be married. Together, they immigrated to New York City, where she gave birth to two children. The challenges she faced early in life left a lasting impact, yet she persevered with remarkable strength.

Heavenly found joy in studying, writing letters, singing soft rock, travel, and fashion. A lifelong learner, she carefully recorded her ambitions and thoughts in notebooks, striving for excellence with intelligence and discipline. She carried herself with a certain elegance and a distinct sense of style. And she found beauty in the natural world: small birds, delicate flowers, the celestial. Heavenly had a beautiful laugh, a memory that her youngest daughter and grandson will especially cherish.
There are people in this world who see the unseen—those living on the margins of society, so often overlooked and forgotten. They are quiet angels among us. They recognize humanity where others may fail to look, offering words to those who need them most, providing food, shelter, comfort, and presence in moments of pain. They do not judge; they simply help. Social workers, nurses, doctors, case managers, volunteers, and compassionate community members. They are everyday heroes whose kindness sustains the world. They were Heavenly’s angels.
In her final moments, Heavenly was comfortable, surrounded by dignity, kindness, and humanity as she closed her eyes and passed peacefully in her sleep.
Heavenly’s earthly resting place will be near San Francisco within the serene heights of Mount Tamalpais State Park. In accordance with her wishes, she will rest above ground at a high elevation, where earth meets sky and the heavens. There, surrounded by the living beauty she cherished—butterflies, wildflowers rising into vibrant spring bloom, and the gentle music of songbirds—she will rest in a place of openness, light, and renewal, in harmony with the beauty of Creation and the Divine.
May Heavenly rest in everlasting peace, in union with her God.
